The library offers several services to students both before and after school and during student recesses. Students can check out books with their classes or at another specified time. Grades 2-10 will participate in Accelerated Reader. Please encourage your child to read and read with them; it will be one of the best skills you share with them.

Book Check-Out Policy

K-5:  Check out weekly.

6-12: Check out 2 books for 4 weeks. One renewal allowed.

Fine: 10 cents per day.

Accelerated Reader

Accelerated Reader is a program constructed of tests students take after they have read a book. Certain books are labeled with Accelerated Reader stickers. The link above offers a list of the reading quizzes students can take at Holden School.
