Purpose and Goals: The goal of the Junior High 4-H club is to actively involve students in community service, parish service, state projects that build character, leadership-communication skills, and fundamentals that involve raising self-esteem. 4-H members meet with the high school 4-H officers monthly in the cafeteria. Students attend Achievement Day and can participate in such activities as sewing contests, cooking contests, and fair activities.
Activities The Junior High 4-H Club activities include the 4-H week teacher lunch, a 4-H banquet for members, the fair exhibition and competitions, the heart fund, and community service. |
